Rehabilitation and Transition Services                        

Our rehabilitation and transition services offer the opportunity for service users to develop life skills, build self esteem and confidence as a means of integrating with the community.

While in Lee Valley,  service users are supported  with the administration of their medication,dietary needs,personal hygiene,domestic and budgetary  skills.

Residential Care Plus

Service users who have been assessed  can be provided with own keys to enable them to be more independent while their movement and safety are observed by staff. Such service users are supported to carry on with their own activities eg day centres,and other activities of their choice.

Respite Care

 Respite can be provided for prospective service users whose main carers are on holiday or in hospital or as a welcomed break for others.
